Mooyo - heart-centered guidance

Mooyo works with four core pillars that are in constant dialogue with each other. When one pillar becomes unbalanced, it affects the whole — and that is precisely why it is so important to bring movement to all levels so they are in balance.

Mooyo brings people closer to their essence so they can make heart-centered choices in their lives.

Awareness - The Whole

Tekening van bewustzijn

A circle with an opening and a floating dot above it represents awareness.

Meaning: the mental space where perception, interpretation, and meaning arise.

The Power of Your Roots

  • Truth-telling: looking honestly at your past, your patterns.
  • Understanding what perception and conditioning from 0 to 6 years old means and how it affects your life.
  • Every conditioning has both an energetic aspect and an awareness part.
  • Because conditionings often arise before language development, they are emotional in nature and cannot be reached through the intellect.

Breath - The Now

Tekening van adem

The two wavy lines represent connection: the inhalation and exhalation. The line represents the diaphragm and stands for support.

Meaning: Breath as a bridge between body and mind, influencing emotions, nervous systems, and mental clarity.

The Power of the Moment

  • Accepting life as it is now, not as you would like it to be.
  • Recognizing the impermanence of the moment, without resistance, without holding on.
  • Breathing is the gate between the conscious and unconscious: we can consciously guide the breath while it also works autonomously.
  • Breathing plays an important role in our daily lives and can be used as regulation during stress or discomfort.

The Heart - The Future

Tekening van hart

The spiral continuously nourished by warmth and humanity.

Meaning: The power of sincere (self)compassion and the center of courage to allow discomfort.

The Power of Courage

  • Heart coherence is a way to practice self-regulation and an invitation to build resilience. It is also a gateway to our higher self.
  • The courage to take (back) our place with everything that belongs to it.
  • Recognizing habits and belief systems with compassion and developing the courage to break through them.

Body - The Past

Tekening van lichaam

The segments are different - a reference to memories, scars, history.

Meaning: The body as the bearer of all that has been.

The Power of Growing Up

  • The meeting between the child part and the adult part.
  • In many people, the child part becomes covered by expectations, roles, responsibilities, traumas. The child doesn't disappear — it becomes quiet.
  • Without the child, the adult becomes functional, cut off. Without the adult, the child becomes unsafe, ungrounded, unprotected.
  • When the child and the adult find each other, there arises:
safety without rigidity, playfulness without chaos, strength without hardness, gentleness without fragility

Mooyo works like a gentle but deep key. It touches layers that often remained closed for years. This opening creates space, movement, clarity.

Mooyo is not an end point, but a starting point. A door that opens, so that the process that follows is no longer a search, but an unfolding.

How do you open your heart?

There are six signposts that help you on your way to break through your years of conditioning and reverse the process.
This requires an exceptional inner strength.
Only the power of the heart can gently open this process and lead you step by step toward change.

1. The heart as a source of motivation and honesty

The power of the heart includes:

  • sincere self-compassion
  • the courage to allow discomfort
  • a desire for truth instead of repetition

That is what is needed to soften conditioning.

It is not about brute willpower, but about a gentle, sustained honesty.

2. Conditioning stops when you consciously see the pattern

Patterns persist as long as they run automatically.

They begin to shift when you:

  • notice the pattern at the moment it happens
  • feel the physical sensations associated with it
  • do not immediately react as you always did

That moment of awareness is already a break in the conditioning.

3. Reversing happens through small, repeated choices

Major transformations rarely arise from one big act.

They arise from:

  • choosing a different reaction time and again
  • remaining gentle when it doesn't work out
  • allowing yourself to grow instead of "fix"

The heart helps because it motivates you to keep going, even when it is difficult.

4. The body plays a key role

Conditioning is not just in thoughts, but also in:

  • muscle tension
  • breathing
  • reflexive reactions

Practices such as breathwork, meditation, somatic exercises, or mindful movement can help soften those automatic patterns.

5. The strength needed is not hard but persistent

Many people think that they need to become "stronger".

In reality, it is about:

  • gentleness
  • presence
  • willingness to feel

That is a different kind of strength, but a very powerful one.

6. Community

Community often plays a much larger role in healing than people realize.

Healing — whether it is emotional, psychological, spiritual, or even physical — rarely happens completely in isolation.

People heal in relation to others.
